Once an Indian Guru (sage) was teaching the art of archery to his disciples. He took a bird shaped
toy and put it on a tree which was on a distant location . He then told his disciples to target the bird's
eye . He then asked one of his disciples , "Dear, what are you seeing ? " The disciple replied ,"Trees ,
branches ,leaves ,sky ." He told that disciple to shoot . The disciple missed the target .
Guru then asked the other disciple to describe what he saw . The disciple replied ,"the eye of the
bird". Guru told him to shoot . The arrow hit the bird's eye .
Moral : Unless we focus , its certain that we can not achieve our goal . It is hard to focus and
concentrate, but it is a skill that can be learned.
